At Blundens, we believe that AI can help small businesses get ahead. That’s why we hosted a talk on how small businesses can use AI to automate tasks, improve customer service and make better decisions.

In our talk, we covered a range of topics, including:
- how to automate tasks, such as customer service, scheduling and people management.
- improve customer service, by providing 24/7 support, answering questions and resolving issues.
- help small businesses make better decisions, by analysing data and identifying trends.
We also focussed on the delivery of Microsoft’s new product ‘Copilot’. A new add-on that can be found in various products across Microsoft which really drove home the impact AI will have across a wide range of business tasks and core operations.
